Standard White Drapery Hardware
A drapery would not be complete without the proper hardware to set the tone.
A mistake often made is neglecting the importance of utilizing proper hardware to match the style being sought after. The hardware plays an integral part of completing the drapery look.
Hardware accessories include the rod, tieback, and trims. And with thousands of setups and configurations, the possibilities are only limited by imagination!
Drapery hardware is primarily used to hang draperies, but may also be utilized for any number of other decorative functions. Decorative hardware rods can be used to hang rugs from a wall, or to hang a roman shade.
Stage Hardware is available for those special projects which utilize extra wide and extra long draperies. Stage hardware, as well as architectural and white traverse hardware, is available motorized.
Traversing drapery hardware is generally a white or off-white piece of rolled steel formed in a "C" shape that has plastic carriers inserted inside that have a hole through them that allows a pin from a drapery to go through it.
These also come in expandable sets that can be utilized on a range of window widths.
Traverse hardware is generally operated by a continuous cord that opens and closes the drapery, but a baton can also be used.
White traverse drapery hardware is especially useful for motorized situations, since the motor is attached directly to the drapery rod and is hidden by the drapery itself.
